hydrate during the race, it’s enough for a
short race. You can fell some rebounds when
it’s full but after drinking a little bit, it doesn’t
move anymore and you quickly forget it. The
flask is leakage prevention. You can put it in
the dish-washer and there is no disagreeable
smell or plastic taste in the water which is
very appreciable.
On the armband the reflective bands allow to
run securely in case of low luminosity.
