Parents, siblings, nieces, nephew, cousins, friends ... the list is long. The perfect X-mas meal : I love the treats that begins with foie gras toast and ending with a lot of cakes and pies. My Turkey (sorry darling...) The perfect X-mas meal : Turkey, but another one... Do you have a ritual to start the year ? Every year is different, but usually I’m not training so much on these days and I can spend time with my family and friends. For the last three years we have passed the Christmas holidays in Lanzarote, with sun and heat, very different than the most European cities. This year, probably I’m not having much family with me, just my wife and little boy, but always I have many friends around of me. The perfect X-mas meal : As always my family has done at home, a big long starter that bring us time to talk, for example nice salad, seafood... After that, a main course as “canelloni”, and for dessert, it can never miss the “turron” (nougat). I fly to the UEA and prepare the 2015 season. Who will you be with you? My parents will be with me but we won’t celebrate much, after the actual holy days my wife Ina and my son Jasim will join me. What is the perfect Christmas meal for you? Before I started traveling when my grandparents were still there I liked “fondue” (meat) the best. Do you have a ritual to start the year ? I don’t really celebrate new year even so the 1st of January is a regular training day. Rebekah Keat What will you do during the Christmas holidays ? We will spend a few days in beautiful Noosa with my family. I get my second Xmas in my home town in Boulder Colorado in the snow which is just beautiful in Winter! The perfect X-mas meal : Stuffed roast chicken with gravy, pork cracking with apple sauce and white Xmas for dessert!
